We are looking for a hands‑on Site Operations Manager (Civil) with strong Singapore local site experience, capable of managing site operations and executing projects independently from scratch.

🔍 Role Overview

This is a full‑time, on‑site role.
The Site Operations Manager will take full control of daily site operations, from initial site setup to final handover, coordinating manpower, subcontractors, materials, clients, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

👉 This role is strictly for candidates with proven Singapore local construction experience.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end site operations from scratch to handover
• Take complete responsibility for daily site execution and coordination
• Plan, deploy, and control manpower, supervisors, and subcontractors
• Manage site schedules, workflows, and operational planning
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, project teams, and authorities
• Handle client coordination and site‑level communication professionally
• Source, coordinate, and control local materials, suppliers, and vendors
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily / weekly operational reports
• Ensure strict compliance with Singapore WSH safety regulations
• Oversee quality control for structural, architectural, and finishing works
• Identify site‑level risks and resolve issues practically and efficiently
• Manage final inspections, rectification works, and handover process
