Job Responsibilities
  • Assist on preventive/corrective maintenance programs for M&E installations
  • Assist a team of in-house maintenance technicians, requisition M&E equipment/parts and attend to complaints relating to M&amp关键 ;E services
  • Assist in developing and implementing a fire emergency plan, fire safety audit, maintenance plan for security surveillance systems, and carpark facilities to achieve the highest standard of safety and security
  • Requisition safety статус and security equipment, parts, and follow up to investigate incidents or complaints relating to fire safety and security in the customers’ estate and premise facilities
  • Follow through the tender, evaluation, and recommendation of service or term contracts, as well as their administration and management
  • Conduct general inspections to identify services for rectification and oversee sub‑contractors’ performance in accordance with contractual work scope and year of completion
  • Help project managers arrange and analyze projects and schedule reports on projects
  • Perform any ad‑hoc duties as assigned
