Job Descriptions

• Monitor and review master construction programme and prepare catch‑up programme if applicable.
• Monitor and supervise engineers/foreman to ensure compliance of the quality procedure & standard of workmanship; check quality and quantity of work by subcontractors.
• Prepare detailed programme for site team to follow and complete on time.
• Resolve drawing discrepancies and technical difficulties with the technical team.
• Prepare detailed method statements and work instructions for construction.
• Coordinate between private client/sub‑contractors/inter‑departments and monitor site manpower and resources to meet schedules.
• Liaise with the design team on the submission of related CSA & MEP works and technical issues.
• Plan all works on site, including programme schedules, construction methods, forecast equipment, material and manpower requirements, usage etc.
• Monitor progress against programme and cost against budget.
• Promote and enforce a safe working environment.
• Ensure works are compliant with the specifications and QA requirements.

Job Requirements

• Degree/Specialist Diploma in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 10 years of relevant CSA & MEP project management experience, i.e. RC works, building works, which includes experience in Data Centre projects with 5 years in site / construction manager roles and operational experience.
