Job description

Responsibilities

• The Construction site Manager shall be responsible for the planning and execution of the construction works, managing construction supervisors and managing temporary works, and ensuring the construction works are executed in accordance with the contract specifications.
• Lead and manage a team of project engineers & supervisors for the construction scope of works.
• Lead and manage a team of sub-contractors for the construction activities.
• Provide for site safety and security; devise and implement site policies and procedures.
• Set project goals and oversee projects to completion; schedule and track assignments.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with company or government regulations; ensure compliance with contracted service level agreements (SLAs); maintain up-to-date county, municipal, and state licensing.
• Communicate with customers regarding products and services.

Experience & Education

• The candidate shall have a minimum of ten (5) years of construction experience, of which about five (3) years shall be in managing the construction of projects of similar size and complexity to the project.
• Construction manager in Infrastructure (LTA) project (depot, underground metro, road tunnel and etc.).
• Mechanical Engineering degree holder.
• More than 10-year experience in the construction industry.
