The role involves overseeing HVAC systems and ensuring compliance with safety requirements. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical building operations, HVAC, M&E, or hard services.
• Experience in multi-site operations, commercial facilities, or tech environments preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage third-party vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Lead planned preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance programs.
• Manage building infrastructure and workplace systems for optimal performance.
• Ensure full EHS compliance for technical works.
• Act as the primary point of contact for site teams for all facility-related matters.
