Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Overall planning, scheduling, monitoring, and updating of the project to meet targeted completion timelines.
• Coordinate and monitor work progress on-site through regular inspections and participation in meetings.
• Lead site coordination and execution activities related to the construction project.
• Ensure that construction, installation, and assembly of components, equipment, and systems are carried out in accordance with construction plans and design drawings.
• Assist the Construction Manager and Project Manager in managing sub-contractors and handling on-site technical and engineering matters.
• Lead and supervise a team of site supervisors and engineers to ensure that projects are executed in compliance with company operating procedures, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and legislative requirements, processes, and procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in building projects within a main contractor environment.
• Able to work independently and possess strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with various disciplines and consortium partners.
• Technically proficient with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Meticulous in drawing review, preparation, and documentation.
