Job description

Responsibilities

• Planning and scheduling of site works.
• Monitoring work progress.
• Directed all necessary day to day Site activities.
• Supervising the structural (RC & Steel Structure) and architectural work.
• Coordinate work with M&E contractors.
• Checking reinforcement of slab, beams & other structural elements prior to joint inspection with QPS.
• Perform site inspection, liaise & coordinate with RE/RTO.
• Quality analysis and control of works.
• Implementation of safe work environment.
• Coordinated with subcontractors ensuring their work met project specifications as well as monitored their progress towards completion deadlines.
