Job summary

A local engineering firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Resident Technical Officer to supervise construction works. The ideal candidate will hold a diploma in Civil Engineering and have at least 5 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with project specifications, issuing rectification instructions, and participating in client meetings. Experience in precast RC piling works is preferred. This role is primarily based at the project site in Tuas South.

Qualifications

• Registered with IES-ACES Joint accreditation Committee as Resident Technical Officer.
• At least 5 years relevant experience in construction supervision.
• Experience in precast RC piling works and structural steel buildings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction of structural works in accordance with approved drawings.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and high quality control.
• Issue instructions for rectifications of faulty workmanship.
• Participate in site meetings with clients and consultants.
