About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Care & Showroom Officer to join our team. This role is central to ensuring excellent after-sales service for our range of electrical appliances (including electric fans, air fryers, shower heaters, and more), while also supporting showroom operations and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
1) Customer Care & After-Sales Service
  • Attend to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests regarding our electrical appliances.
  • Provide product knowledge, troubleshooting guidance, and coordinate repair or replacement services.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships by delivering timely and professional support.
2) Showroom Operations
  • Promote and demonstrate products to walk-in customers at the showroom.
  • Assist customers in understanding product features, usage, and benefits.
  • Ensure the showroom is well-presented, organized, and aligned with brand standards.
3) Administrative & Office Support
  • Process customer orders, invoices, and service requests accurately.
  • Handle basic housekeeping of office stores, ensuring stock and supplies are well-managed.
  • Support internal coordination between customer service, sales, and operations teams.
Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification; prior experience in customer service or showroom sales preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and manage administrative duties efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical appliances is an advantage (training will be provided).
  • Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
