A logistics and shipping company in Singapore is seeking a Shipping Executive to prepare a full set of shipping documents and ensure compliance with customers' requirements. Qualifications

• 1-2 years' relevant experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full set of shipping documents including BL and Commercial Invoice.
• Apply SFA Export Health Cert and Free Sale Cert.
• Arrange courier of samples and documents.
• Prepare shipping marking.
• Ensure compliance with customers’ requirements.
• Perform data entry and filing of documents.
• Complete other ad hoc duties as assigned.
