Job description

The company currently focuses its activities on operating Kamsarmax, Panamax, and Post-Panamax vessels, carrying coal, iron ore, grain, and mineral cargoes. With over 3 million tons of cargo already transported and several period time-chartered vessels under operation, we are now seeking a dedicated Operations Executive (OPS) to join our expanding team.

Responsibilities

• Provide and monitor the entire operations by liaising with agents, masters, bunker suppliers, ocean routing companies, vessel brokers, and insurers to ensure all shipments run smoothly.
• Prepare all relevant documentary instructions for various counterparties, and assist the Chartering Desk to check and verify requested information.
• Maintain operational optimization to maximize profits and minimize losses or costs.
• Calculate Freight/Hire and any Laytime, as well as Demurrage/Despatch incurred.
• Check and update operational data for analysis, decision-making, and reporting.
• Handle and follow up on legal cases in coordination with Insurers and Lawyers.
• Perform any other duties assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience in dry bulkoperations is a significant advantage.
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin languages.
• Experienced in case handling and problem-solving.
• Hardworking and flexible in working hours based on operationalneeds.
• Possess strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
