A shipping and logistics firm is seeking a Shipping Executive based in Singapore. The candidate will be responsible for preparing shipping documents, ensuring timely process compliance, and applying for necessary certifications. This role offers a salary range of $2,800 - $3,300 and a standard work week from Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare full set of shipping documents including BL, Commercial Invoice, and Packing list.
• Apply for SFA Export Health Cert and Free Sale Cert.
• Arrange courier for samples and documents.
• Prepare shipping markings.
• Ensure timely compliance of outbound shipping documentation.
• Conduct data entry and filing of shipping documents.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare full set of shipping documents such as BL, Commercial Invoice, Packing list, Insurance, Custom Forms, COO etc. (For LC shipment, sea shipment & air shipment)
• Apply SFA Export Health Cert & Free Sale Cert
• Arrange courier of samples and documents
• Prepare shipping marking
• Ensure all outbound shipping documentation process in a timely and complies with customers’ requirement
• Data entry and filing of documents
• Other ad hoc duties assigned
