Job summary

A leading trade solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a candidate to manage trade documentation processes. Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, analyzing trade data, and ensuring compliance. Candidates with relevant experience are preferred, but those without are welcomed to apply. Familiarity with customs regulations and trade documentation is essential.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of trade finance instruments (LCs, B/Ls) preferred.
  • Familiarity with trade documentation digitalization and automation.
  • Understanding of customs regulations, Incoterms, and HS codes.
  • 2–5 years’ experience in international trade, import/export operations or trade compliance is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with third-party documentation vendors to ensure timely and accurate trade documentation.
  • Monitor vendor performance and escape issues as needed.
  • Analyze trade data to identify trends, opportunities, and cost-saving measures.
  • Liaise between internal teams and vendors for seamless communication.
  • Serve as the business owner of Trade Systems—overseeing functionality, performance, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with IT, compliance, and operations teams to define system requirements and implement enhancements.
  • Maintain system governance, user access, data integrity, and SOPs.
