Job summary

An international staffing agency in Singapore is looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to act as the primary contact for all requests and issues related to the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a business analyst role, particularly in an international environment. Expertise in the ServiceNow ITSM module and an ITIL v4 certification are required. This position will also involve collaboration with other analysts and facilitation of communication between local and central teams to ensure alignment on project needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a business analyst or similar role, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong functional expertise in ServiceNow ITSM module (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog Management).
• Proficiency in English for communication with local and international teams.
