Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for our Company’s products, handling inquiries with tact and courtesy.
• Perform on-site advice, installation, preventive maintenance and repairs of our Company products.
• Offer aftersales solutions and training to customers on product features, configuration, usage and maintenance.
• Proactively inform customers of additional products and services we offer.
• Handle all essential resources, materials and equipment for effective and efficient delivery.
• Able to perform duties assigned after office hours; 24/7 standby duty on a rotational basis.

Experience & Qualifications

• Good level of customer service experience.
• Good communication skills to enable interaction with internal and external customers.
• Require to do standby every 2-3 months.
• Qualification: NITEC/ Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Computer-related or equivalent discipline).
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License (Manual).
