• Assist Restaurant Managers in overseeing day-to-day operations.
• Lead and manage a team of service staff.

• Take responsibility for quality of service and cleanliness.
• Address guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns.
• Manage reservations and optimize table allocations.
• Provide recommendations based on menu knowledge.
• Welcome and assist guests upon arrival.
• Explain food and drinks selections in detail.
• Understand food allergies and dietary restrictions.
• Gather guest feedback to enhance dining experiences.
• Uphold hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Management.
