Responsibilities

  • Coordinate customer service operations, manage inquiries, process orders, and resolve issues.
  • Provide prompt response to customers’ and service calls, including enquiries and log-in of breakdown calls.
  • Allocate service jobs to respective Technicians and manage appointments.
