Job Title:Service Engineer (ID3327)
Working Location: Tuas
Working Hours:Monday-Friday 8am – 5:30pm
Salary: $2500 to $3200

Job Description:
- Performing routine maintenance procedures, inspecting Hanel storage system for problems, and ensuring Hanel storage systems are in good working order.
- Diagnosing and fixing malfunctions, replacing faulty components, and repairing damaged Hanel storage system.
- Setting up and configuring new equipment or systems, ensuring they are installed correctly, safely and accordingly.
- Identifying the root cause of technical problems, resolving issues, and preventing future incidents.
- Providing guidance to users on how to operate Hanel storage system, answering technical questions, and assisting with software or hardware issues.
- Maintaining records of maintenance and repair work, updating documentation for Hanel storage system.

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Service Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skill.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work safely.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
