A leading service provider in Singapore is looking for a Service Engineer to handle commissioning and customer training for security systems. The ideal candidate has a diploma in engineering and experience with Intruder Alarms, CCTV, and Access Control systems. Responsibilities include inspecting installations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Strong technical and communication skills are essential for this role.

Location: Jurong

Working Hours: Mon -Fri 8:30am-5:30pm

Salary up to: $2500-$3000

Job Descriptions
  • Attend site commissioning with customers and contractors.
  • Conduct end-user training for Intruder Alarm, CCTV, and Access Control systems.
  • Inspect and verify installations to ensure compliance with technical and quality requirements.
  • Confirm systems meet quotation/work order specifications and prepare commissioning reports.
  • Respond to service calls, troubleshoot, and repair system issues on-site.
  • Diagnose and test faulty equipment and provide technical support to customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers for parts replacement or escalation.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely and professional service.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or NITEC in Electrical / Electronic / Mechatronic Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in Intruder Alarm, CCTV and Access control systems or similar low-voltage systems preferred. Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical skills.
  • Independent, responsible, and able to work under minimal supervision.
