Job summary

A leading medical technology company in Singapore is looking for a Service Technician to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and assist customers with technical issues. Candidates should hold a diploma/degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering and have at least 1 year of service experience. This role requires the ability to work independently and travel within Singapore. Competitive packages are available for experienced candidates.

• Perform preventive maintenance service according to schedule.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance service according to schedule for all the equipments.
• Field troubleshooting and repair products at customers’ site.
• To serve and to assist the customer in matter related to all technical issues.
• Report and escalate all observed incidents, irregularities that occur through proper operational escalation points.
• Perform installation, testing and commissioning.
• Other duties as assigned
• Candidates with relevant or prior experience on Medical aesthetics equipment/laser will be considered for senior position with corresponding salary package.
