Job description
  • Position : Service Engineer (Marine Boilers/Boiler Mechanical Experienced)
  • Location : Tagore Lane / Client Site
  • Working hours : Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $6000 Basic + Transport Claims + OT Pay + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Leave (Up to 18) + Staff Benefits
  • Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities
  • Commissioning, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of marine electrical and mechanical equipment onboard vessels and at company premises/workshops (e.g., Burners, Boilers, Scrubbers, EGE, EBG, GCU).
  • Travel on short notice to vessels within the region and occasionally worldwide.
  • Ensure valid travel documentation (passport, visas, seaman book, vaccinations) is maintained.
  • Adhere to company and customer QHSE procedures; report unsafe practices or incidents.
  • Complete and submit Service Certificates (time sheets) and obtain customer sign-off.
  • Prepare detailed Service Reports, including safety observations, spare part recommendations, and future service suggestions.
  • Proactively recommend spare parts and service solutions to customers.
  • Communicate sales opportunities to Service Managers.
  • Provide onsite and remote technical support to clients.
  • Other ad-hoc activities assigned
