Job summary

A well-established company in Singapore is looking for a professional to handle technical service and maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure servicing of CRAC/WDS systems, provide client training, and manage documentation effectively. A diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering is required. Competitive salary package includes basic pay, allowances, and bonuses, along with training for less experienced candidates. On-site work is required in the East region.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Training Provided for those without/lesser experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform periodic servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CRAC/WDS systems.
• Provide technical support and onsite training on OMM.
• Complete detailed service reports after each servicing/e-call.
• Monitor and manage contractor activities to ensure adherence to safety/operational procedures.
• Strictly follow data center safety rules and regulations.

Job Responsibilities

Technical Service & Maintenance

• Perform periodic servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CRAC/WDS systems.
• Diagnose hardware/software faults, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
• Conduct equipment power-up/down procedures and respond promptly to e-calls (emergency calls).

Client Support & Training

• Provide technical support and onsite training on Operation & Maintenance Manuals (OMM).
• Maintain strong client relationships, particularly with site engineers.
• Liaise with customer engineering departments to ensure compliance with company procedures and quality guidelines.

Documentation & Reporting

• Complete detailed service reports after each servicing/e-call.
• Submit weekly/monthly reports on work activities, progress, and remedial actions.
• Maintain accurate filing, documentation, and tracking of all service records.

Site & Contractor Management

• Monitor and manage contractor activities to ensure adherence to safety/operational procedures.
• Review site "Events and Actions," implementing corrective measures as needed.
• Plan, execute, and update daily work schedules.

Safety & Compliance

• Strictly follow data center safety rules, regulations, and quality standards.
• Ensure all work activities comply with occupational safety guidelines.
• Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors
