Qualifications

  • Able to commit to rotational straight shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and attend to walk-ins.
  • Take orders in POS system, prepare beverage, serve customers and clear tables.
  • Provide and maintain excellent customer service.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Package food and beverages for sale.
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations and quality controls.
  • Ensure and maintain store and personal hygiene.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering.
  • Perform day to day pre-opening and closing activities as per SOPs.

Job Requirements
