About the role

Join the dynamic team Service Crew member. In this full-time position based in Redhill Central Region, you will be an integral part of delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our bustling bistro.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting and welcoming customers with a friendly and professional manner
2. Taking and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
3. Serving customers with their meals and drinks in a timely fashion
4. Ensuring tables are cleared and reset promptly
5. Providing recommendations on menu items and daily specials
6. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the bistro
7. Assisting with stock replenishment and inventory management
8. Collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver a seamless dining experience
