Job summary

A company in the air control sector based in Singapore is seeking an individual to manage customer enquiries and coordinate servicing and installation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing quotations, resolving service issues, and maintaining good relationships with customers and technicians. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks are essential for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Attend to enquiries/complaints of customers via email or phone.
  • Prepare servicing and installation quotations and maintenance contracts.
  • Coordinate with customers, technicians, and contractors.
  • Resolve installation and service issues by clarifying with customers.
  • Plan and allocate technicians for jobs.
  • Ensure all repair and servicing orders are accounted for.
Job description
  • Attend to enquiries/complaints of customers (service or product failure) via email or phone and refer to appropriate personnel to follow up.
  • Prepare servicing/maintenance and installation quotation & prepare maintenance contracts for customers.
  • Coordinate and liaise with customers, technicians and contractors on installation and service maintenance.
  • Resolve installation and service issues by clarifying with customer to determine the cause of the problem and provide appropriate support.
  • Collection of outstanding payment, if any.
  • Plan and allocate Technicians for jobs and ensure accurate service records in timely manner.
  • Maintain and build good rapport with customers and technicians to expand customer base.
  • Ensure that all repair and servicing orders are accounted for, monitored, and completed timely.
  • Any other Ad-hoc duties as and when required
