Role Summary

Our key product, DeskIn, is entering hyper-growth across Taiwan, US, Japan, and upcoming markets (UK, Middle East, SEA). We are looking for a Global SEO/AEO/GEO Lead to own and scale our search discovery engine across all markets. This role will build DeskIn’s long-term organic traffic engine while supporting multi-language, multi-market search optimization that improves downloads, conversions, and brand discoverability.

Key Responsibilities

• Own DeskIn’s global SEO/AEO/GEO strategy across 10+ markets
• Build scalable keyword research frameworks in EN/TC/SC/JP/TH/VI/ID
• Drive organic traffic growth through technical SEO, on-page optimization, schema markup, and content strategy
• Lead GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) for emerging AI-driven search platforms
• Partner with product and content teams to optimize website architecture, internal linking, and user journeys
• Build experimentation frameworks (A/B tests, page variants, content experiments)
• Monitor rankings, crawl health, backlinks, and analytics across markets
• Train internal teams on SEO best practices and build SOPs for future agencies

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 4–8 years of SEO experience (global or APAC preferred)
• Strong technical SEO + high proficiency in tools (GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, Semrush)
• Experience with AI Search / GEO is a bonus
• Multi-market SEO experience strongly preferred
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally (product + marketing + engineers)
