Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire body and paint operations to achieve overall profitability target.
• Ensure all bodyshop repairs are carried out in compliance with the manufacturers standards and fulfil insurance company expectations in respect of repair deadline, repair quality and claim requirements.
• Manage in-house contractors to ensure repair quality is up to expectations and to fulfill individual brand and other contractual obligations.
• Lead the team to meet business objective within a culture of continuous improvement, process excellence and efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline with at least 10 years of managerial experience in body and paint operations.
• Possess relevant technical knowledge in the automotive industry.
• Possess strong leadership skills, and excellent people management and communications skills.
