A leading HR technology provider in Singapore seeks an experienced Workday HCM Administrator to manage configurations, optimize reports, and ensure data integrity. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and has over 5 years of experience with Workday HCM, alongside strong analytical and communication skills. This role offers the opportunity to engage with multiple stakeholders while driving system improvements and compliance within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM.
• Proven expertise in Workday configuration across modules.
• Experience with Workday reporting, EIB, and Core Connectors.
• Workday certification(s) in HCM or Reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Workday HCM administrator and expert.
• Configure and maintain HR processes and security roles.
• Manage Workday release updates and conduct testing.
• Build and optimize reports and dashboards for HR insights.
• Ensure HR data accuracy through audits and reconciliations.
