We are seeking a results-driven Senior Project Manager with a strong background in process improvement and change delivery within the banking sector. This role will lead cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and customer experience across business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of process improvement and transformation projects across banking operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Identify inefficiencies and pain points in current workflows, and design scalable solutions to optimize performance and reduce operational risk.
- Collaborate with business, technology, compliance, and risk stakeholders to define project scope, success metrics, and implementation plans.
- Drive Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies, ensuring timely execution, resource alignment, and benefit realization.
- Facilitate workshops, process mapping, and root cause analysis to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Manage project governance, including steering committee updates, risk/issue tracking, and regulatory reporting where applicable.
- Oversee change management activities including stakeholder engagement, training, and communication to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
- Monitor post-implementation outcomes, track KPIs, and embed a culture of continuous improvement across teams.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 8–10 years of project management experience, with a strong focus on process improvement in banking or financial services.
- Proven track record in delivering complex, cross-functional change initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Strong knowledge of banking operations, regulatory frameworks, and risk controls.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Prince2, PMP) and process improvement tools
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills across senior business and technology audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field; MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, PMP) preferred.
