A leading financial institution in Singapore seeks a business strategy support professional to guide the financial direction of their regional Global Financial Markets (GFM) businesses. The role emphasizes driving business performance, market expertise, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Ideal candidates possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with at least 12 years of experience in financial services, particularly in treasury or capital markets. Group Finance aims to deliver world-class standards in reporting, financial planning and finance processes. We provide insights and analyses that help the bank make sound business decisions – whether in the areas of product development or customer profitability. We also provide capital management, business planning, forecasting, and tax and accounting advisory services.

The Business Finance & Strategy Support function works within the Group Finance support unit and is responsible for providing all MIS business performance, financial, accounting and capital support relating to Global Financial Markets (GFM) businesses across the region within the Bank.
This includes supporting GFM business strategies in areas of regulatory, accounting, valuation, business performance reviews, as well as monitoring market development in these landscapes and assessing the impact of changes on GFM.
You will be a strategic business partner responsible for guiding, shaping and executing the financial and strategic direction of our regional GFM businesses. The role focuses on working closely with business groups to drive long-term growth, define overall financial strategy, and at the same time, integrating risk & controls framework to identify and mitigate financial risks for GFM.
