Role Overview

Lead vibration analysis and system dynamics for high-precision mechanical modules, optimizing performance through simulation, testing, and design improvements, with potential progression to technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct vibration analysis, modal testing, and dynamic assessments
• Perform FEA simulations (modal/harmonic/transient) and validate designs
• Collaborate with design, process, and manufacturing teams for mechanical integrity
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical reviews
• Document and present engineering reports and improvement recommendations
• Support innovation and process optimization for dynamic performance

Ideal Requirements

• MPhil or PhD in Mechanical, Dynamics, Mechatronics, or related field
• 5+ years in vibration/dynamics engineering in high-tech or precision manufacturing
• Proficient in MATLAB, ANSYS, ADAMS, 20-sim (or equivalent)
• Hands‑on experience with vibration test systems and modal analysis tools
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead technical discussion
• Knowledge of semiconductor or advanced automation equipment
