About the role
Riverside is not your typical trust company. We are a young tech-enabled boutique fiduciary firm built for the modern era serving the local and international markets combining robust Trust-Tech infrastructure with deep, traditional fiduciary expertise. While we honour the heritage of the trust industry, we use innovative technology to provide transparency, efficiency, and a superior client experience that bridges the gap between bespoke Private Trust Companies (PTCs) and scalable digital retail trusts. With a 4-year track record and a growing portfolio of over 8,000 digitally managed retail trust accounts and 150 traditional trust and corporate arrangements, we are looking for a technical expert to join our team as we scale toward our 2026 growth milestones.

Digital Oversight: Providing expert fiduciary oversight for our digital white-label products (e.g., Hugosave Trust, Summit Legacy Trust, OFW Savings Trust), ensuring all automated processes meet high professional standards.
Compliance Collaboration: Working alongside our Digital Compliance team to ensure that new client automated onboardings align with MAS regulatory expectations.
Relationship Management: Acting as a primary point of contact for wealthy families, asset managers, and institutional partners.

CPD: Staying up-to-date with evolving trust and estate legislation and regulations to ensure compliance across all client matters.
Collaboration: Act as a technical mentor to the Administrative and Compliance assistants, ensuring a cohesive and high-performing team unit.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of solid trust administration experience within a licensed Singapore or overseas Trust Company or a reputable Law/Accounting firm.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Trust Companies Act, Trustees Act, and MAS AML/KYC guidelines.
Digital Mindset: You should be comfortable moving away from paper/PDFs to a fully digital, app-based workflow.

Innovation: Be part of the team that is digitising the Singapore trust industry.
Growth: We are at an inflection point; your contribution will directly impact our growth trajectory.
Balance: We use technology to reduce the "drudgery" of administration, allowing you to focus on high-value fiduciary work.
Education: We encourage and support attainment of industry qualifications.
