The Product Management team at Shopee is the key focal point between the business, engineering and design teams. The team is responsible for implementing strategy, road maps and features, while adhering to business goals. It covers all functions including but not limited to Financial Services, Supply Chain, Search, Recommendation, Advertising, Order, Promotion, User, Anti-Fraud, Seller Service. About the Team:

Our job responsibility is to build a stable, efficient, secure, and easy-to-use big data infrastructure and platform for the company. Committed to providing the company's various business teams and data teams, data analysts, machine learning teams, BI teams, etc. with its data-efficient and stable data storage, calculation, query, and analysis of the big data basic system; development and production platform, and data analysis platform. Including data collection, storage, offline calculation of massive data, real-time stream computing, online analysis and processing, instant return query, and other aspects of data infrastructure support, as well as big data development, production scheduling, data quality monitoring, data maps, and other platform services. Provide the upper-level business team and data team with a basic platform for various technical directions such as computing scheduling, batch computing, real-time computing, structured data query, big data analysis, and KV query. Help business teams build data reports, data monitoring dashboards, real-time business data processing, data mining, and analysis, etc.

Job Description:

• Manage one of the Data Suite products, including but not limited to Data Map, Data Integration, Data Development, Data Management, Data Quality, Data Services, Data Metrics, Data Visualisation, etc.
• Responsible for requirements analysis, product design, product prototyping as well as product operation.
• Understand user needs and big data use cases, abstract complex requirements or scenarios into solutions, and implement them in the product to empower users.
• Develop and maintain user relationships and communication channels with users, synthesize product features from users’ requirements and feedback.
• Explore and continuously learn the best practices from the big data industry, and continuously plan the product blueprints in the long term.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science.
• Prior minimum 5 years of experience in product management
• Prior minimum 3 years of experience specifically focused on Data and cloud products, solutions, and platforms in a large scale setting.
• Familiarity with data management, data development and data application use cases and products.
• Excellent product skills and problem-solving capabilities
• Clear logical thinking and a service-oriented mindset.
