Responsible for managing and executing strategic hiring initiatives to attract top talents.

This role involves end-to-end recruitment processes, developing talent pipelines, driving employer branding efforts, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfil workforce needs. The specialist also plays a key role in improving recruitment strategies, optimizing processes.

End-to-End Recruitment and Talent Sourcing
  • Lead full cycle recruitment, including job posting, screening, interviewing and offer negotiation
  • Utilise multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals and recruitment agencies
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidate suitability
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies
Employer Branding and Talent Pipeline
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles and future hiring needs
  • Develop employer branding initiatives through career fairs, campus recruitment, social media and partnerships
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by improving communication and engagement throughout the hiring process
Recruitment Strategy and Market Insights
  • Analyse talent market trends, competitor hiring practices and salary benchmarks to optimize recruitment efforts
  • Provide insights and recommendations to HR and leadership on talent acquisition best practices
  • Recommend diversity and inclusion hiring strategies
Hiring Coordination & Offer Management
  • Guide hiring managers on selection processes, interview techniques and hiring decisions
  • Manage salary negotiations
  • Conduct reference checks
Process Optimization and Reporting
  • Track and analyse recruitment KPIs eg time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate
  • Improve recruitment processes by leveraging on HR technology
  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters, ensuring best practices are followed
