Missions and responsibilities

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team, where you will get to make a real impact! You will be a key contributor to raising the bar of the talent we recruit and promote. You will be accountable for the attraction, sourcing and selection of talent across our business lines!

  • Be the champion diversity, equity and inclusion in attraction and by leading best practice identification strategies to continuously improve delivering diverse hires and promotions.
  • Partner with the business to build talent pipelines of skilled and diverse candidates.
  • Lead Key TA projects, programs and initiatives include but not limited to Talent branding, career fair and STEM for all initiatives.
  • Delivering exceptional candidate/hiring manager experience, and supporting initiatives to drive and strengthen employer branding.
  • Champion the candidate experience and increase engagement with candidates using personalisation and refine compelling candidate and new-hire experiences.
  • Be a partner of Head of TA to drive TA transformation.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in full life cycle recruiting, preferably with a combination of agency and corporate experience including experience recruiting technology and engineering focused talent.
  • Track record of recruiting diverse roles in both complexity, difficulty and volume.
  • Project Management experience. Working as Project or program manager to deliver recruitment or HR initiatives from end to end.
  • Experience developing sourcing strategies, data-driven recruitment and the ability to use data to drive recruitment strategy.
  • Excellent communication skill, able to positively influence at different levels of an organization up to senior levels, and to develop valued relationships with managers and candidates.
  • Strong ownership and drive to meet and exceed the goals, learning mindset, good team player, resilience, adaptable and Agile.
  • The ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous environment and embrace changes as they arise.
  • Must be energetic and have the ability to maintain a sense of humour when faced with changes and challenges.
  • Consultation skills, ability to work with several layers of management to discern challenges and opportunities and arrive at effective, responsive solutions.
  • Preferably in a complex and large organization and MNC working experience.
  • Able to work under pressure, multi-task, and handle diverse issues.
Key Skills & Competencies
  • Strong analytical ability with experience in HR analytics or organizational research.
  • Business acumen with ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent facilitation, consulting, and influencing skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, workforce analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Workday), and Excel.
  • Understanding of organizational design principles and change management frameworks.
