We are seeking a highly experienced

Talend Data Integration Engineer

to design, develop, and support enterprise-scale data integration solutions for

Singapore Government clients

. The role requires deep expertise in

Talend Data Fabric

, secure data movement, MDM, and system integration in compliance with government security and data governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Data Integration & ETL

• Design and develop ETL/ELT pipelines using Talend Data Integration (DI)

• Implement scalable data ingestion from RDBMS, APIs, files, cloud, and big data platforms

• Optimize Talend jobs for performance, fault tolerance, and reusability

🔹 Talend Cloud & Data Fabric

• Develop and deploy jobs using Talend Cloud Management Console (TCMC)

• Manage CI/CD pipelines, job scheduling, versioning, and monitoring

• Work with Talend Data Fabric components across integration, quality, and governance

🔹 Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) & Integration

• Design and implement Talend ESB services (SOAP/REST)

• Use Talend Data Mapper for canonical data models and transformations

• Integrate with government systems using secure APIs and messaging patterns

🔹 Big Data Integration

• Develop Talend jobs using Talend Big Data Integration

• Integrate with Hadoop, Spark, Hive, HDFS, Kafka

• Support batch and near–real-time processing use cases

🔹 Master Data Management (MDM – EBX)

• Implement and support Talend MDM / EBX solutions

• Define golden records, survivorship rules, and data stewardship workflows

• Integrate MDM with downstream government systems

🔹 Data Quality & Governance

• Implement data profiling, validation, cleansing, and enrichment.
• Ensure compliance with PDPA, IM8, and Singapore Government data standards.
• Support audits, data lineage, and metadata management.
• Assist with architecture, design, sizing, and capacity planning of Qlik products.
• Carry out Qlik product installation, configuration, and optimization.
• Carry out development using Qlik products.
• Assist with testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer to the customer for Qlik products.
• Deployment support and post‑production go‑live support for Qlik products.
• Certifications:
