Responsibilities

• Support and manage various operating systems including Windows Server and Linux.
• Respond to system incidents and adhere to incident management workflows.
• Maintain and update system documentation and provide performance reports.
• Work closely with vendors and participate in transition planning.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and provide training.
