Job description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Rigging and Lifting Supervision

• Acquire knowledge in ExxonMobil SGCX Safety system and procedure.
• Familiar with ExxonMobil LMS requirement and various Appendix requirement
• Plan, organize, and supervise rigging and lifting activities in accordance with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Coordinate and supervise the lifting activities and be present during all lifting operations.
• Ensure all lifting equipment and accessories are inspected, certified, and fit for use.
• Develop/Prepare lifting plans, arrange review with client lifting specialist and get approval where required.
• Prepare the Crane Lifting Checklist and liaise with client for all critical lifting operation
• Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and site supervisors to execute lifts safely.
• Monitor worksite conditions and stop unsafe operations immediately if necessary.
• Provide on‑job guidance and mentoring to rigging crew members.

B. Logistics and Transportation

• Manage transportation and movement of tools, lifting gear, and equipment between work sites and storage areas.
• Ensure materials and lifting accessories are available and in good condition before operations.
• Coordinate with vendor, company logistic team for timely delivery and return of items.
• Maintain proper records of equipment usage, C pass application/extension, lifting tools, gear, and consumables.
• Daily deployment of drivers, crane operators based on site requirement
• Oversee overall site equipment plan including shutdown and Turnaround requirement and deal with require vendor/PEC corporate logistic team
• Perform lifting supervisor or mechanical works based on site workload and arrangement.

C. Driving Duties

• Operate company vehicles to transport employees, tools, and materials as required.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, properly maintained, and compliant with road safety rules.
• Conduct basic vehicle checks and report any defects or incidents promptly.

REQUIREMENTS

• O level, Diploma or its equivalent.
• LMS (Lifting Management System) certified, Class 3 Singapore driving License
• Permit Acceptor Training for Category #3, with mechanical experience.
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience in the same capacity, preferable in similar or related industries.
• Good technical competency and hands‑on experience.
• Good Communication skills; both verbal and writing in English.
• Knowledge and application of planning MS Office, Outlook and Teams.
