A leading community healthcare provider is seeking experienced Staff Nurses in Singapore to support the Dialysis Centre, performing essential dialysis procedures, patient assessments, and collaborating on treatment plans. Applicants should have a Diploma or Degree in Nursing, valid registration with the Singapore Nursing Board, and at least 2 years of renal nursing experience. This position involves ensuring clinical documentation and providing patient education.

Dialysis Centre Location: Sengkang
A leading community healthcare provider is currently seeking experienced Staff Nurses to join their expanding team in supporting the Dialysis Centre, delivering holistic care by assisting in all aspects of management to achieve maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness in the facility, while maintaining a safe environment that supports optimal patient care.
Perform dialysis-related procedures safely and competently, including AVF/AVG cannulation and CVC preparation.
Prepare, initiate, monitor, and conclude dialysis treatments; manage complications and handle dialyzer/bloodline clearance.
Assess and document patients’ physical, psychological, and social needs throughout treatment, reporting abnormalities to the Senior Staff Nurse.
Collect blood samples competently and operate dialysis equipment according to protocols, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
Provide primary nursing care and collaborate with the Senior Staff Nurse on patient treatment plans.
Assist during doctors’ rounds and educate patients and families on dialysis care.
Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation and reporting of blood test results.
Contribute to quality improvement projects and adhere to aseptic and infection‑control standards.
Coordinate with external care providers for appointments, medication orders, and referrals to support continuity of care.
Maintain and update patients’ medical records while ensuring confidentiality.
Assist with stock inventory management and ensure adequate supplies of consumables are available.
Report clinical incidents, technical issues, patient complaints, and compliance matters promptly to the Nurse Manager.
Participate in handover meetings between shifts.
Assist in training cleaning staff.
Other duties as assigned by the Nurse Manager.
Diploma / Degree in Nursing
Valid registration with the Singapore Nursing Board
Minimum 2 years of renal nursing experience
Valid certificate of Basic Care Life Support (BCLS)
