The Senior Staff Nurse works closely with the clinical and care team, leading the enrolled nurses to provide good nursing care, advice and follow-up to patients.

ROLE
  • Ensure the smooth conduct of nursing operations, ensuring adherence to SOPs and maintaining service standards.
  • Address patient concerns and feedback related to nursing care, and support service recovery efforts when necessary.
  • Support Nurse Manager on all other nursing duties such as stock inventory and stock take.
  • Plan and manage the recruitment, training and up‑skilling of the nursing staff.
  • Lead review of SOPs for nursing procedures periodically to ensure continued compliance with MOH regulations.
  • Assist the doctors in managing the ongoing care of patients.
  • Perform phlebotomy, carry out point‑of‑care tests, handle samples for lab tests, measure and record patients’ parameters and assist with other tests such as ECG when required.
  • Work closely with the Clinic Operations Manager & Nurse Manager to streamline workflows, improve coordination, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support and prepare for clinical audits, inspections, and licensing renewals by ensuring thorough documentation and adherence to standards.
  • Track and manage inventory of medications and project requirements based on stock movement.
  • Assist the Head of Operations in maintaining smooth nursing operations in the clinic.
  • Any other tasks as required.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
  • Diploma or Degree in Nursing, with experience in phlebotomy.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, and ability to work independently when needed.
