Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Senior / Purchasing Executive to manage sourcing and procurement of machine components. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree, preferably with experience in the semiconductor industry. Key responsibilities include fostering supplier relationships, negotiating terms, and managing purchase order processes. Knowledge in SAP and MS Office is required. This full-time role requires working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement function, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
• Able to manage end-to-end purchase order processes.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure machine components and materials from suppliers.
• Negotiate terms and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain project costings for cost savings.
• Work with internal teams on cost-saving measures.
