Job Overview

Senior Solutions Architect – Singapore. As part of the H2O.ai Professional Services team, you’ll work closely with technical teams on the customer side and product engineering, enterprise support, and sales teams on the H2O side.

Responsibilities

• Act as the trusted solutions advisor for customers and partners, delivering technical professional services.
• Own and deliver services that include installation, configuration, and integration of H2O Generative AI, Machine Learning, Model Management, and Cloud products in the customer environment.
• Gather and provide customer feedback to the H2O.ai Engineering team for product improvements.
• Translate business cases and requirements into value‑based technical solutions through architecture of machine learning workflows and systems from data ingestion to model deployment.
• Architect, design, and implement end‑to‑end Predictive and Generative AI Machine Learning and Data Science solutions that help customers realize the value of their investments in H2O.ai products and services.
• Communicate effectively with a diverse audience of engineers, business people, partners, and executives.
• Present at meetups and webinars in the Data Science community and contribute to the Maker culture of creating the best products and solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience with cloud computing and Linux environments.
• Strong understanding of system engineering concepts and experience in Ubuntu and CentOS/RHEL.
• Excellent experience with one of the top three cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency with containers and orchestration frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Experience with virtualization (vagrant, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience with LDAP, OAuth, OpenID, SSH, TLS, network connectivity, and firewalls.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Bash scripting. Go, R, Groovy, Scala are a plus.
• Direct customer‑facing experience providing technical services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Amicable attitude, independent problem‑solving mindset, and Maker mentality.
