  • Collaborate with product, clinical, and operations stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
  • Oversee DevOps processes including CI / CD, automated testing, and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, ensuring system reliability, scalability, and compliance.
  • Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies that enhance performance, data security, and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to long-term technical strategy and architecture evolution.
Requirements
Must-Haves
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of professional software development experience, including technical leadership or architectural ownership.
  • Proven hands-on experience rolling out and supporting applications in healthcare or other regulated industries.
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA, SOC 2, or similar compliance frameworks.
  • Deep experience designing and delivering cloud-native systems on AWS (e.g., Lambda, ECS, S3, RDS).
  • Proficiency with Salesforce platform (e.g., integrating with Salesforce APIs, managing data flows between systems).
  • Expertise in backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or similar, with solid understanding of RESTful and event-driven architectures.
  • Experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React.js).
  • Deep understanding of database technologies, including relational (PostgreSQL / MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB / DynamoDB).
  • Practical experience implementing infrastructure-as-code and CI / CD automation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to operate independently in a lean engineering environment.
