Qualifications

• Assist the Head and/or Counsellor with placements and assessments.
• Develop Individualized Care Plans for residents.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and design client-centered interventions.
• Maintain and evaluate resident progress with stakeholders.
• Supervise junior counselors and interns.
