Senior Social Worker (Family Services) Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive social work services to individuals, families and groups.
• Conduct assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with clients.

• Collaborate with allied professionals such as medical and other social workers to ensure holistic care.
• Advocate for clients and provide referrals to community resources as needed.
• Contribute to program development and evaluation to improve service delivery.
• Support in the implementation of centre's operational and practice protocols, processes and policies.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by Head of Centre.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Social Work or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience in family-centered practice and case management will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, empathy and conflict resolution skills.
