Overview

Job Overview: As a Civil Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in planning, supervising, and executing construction site operations. You will ensure all work is completed in accordance with project specifications, timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations, while leading a team of technicians and coordinating with various stakeholders.


Responsibilities


  • Plan and manage daily site activities to align with project timelines and company objectives.

  • Ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Lead a team of technicians, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.

  • Perform site inspections, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions when issues arise.

  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Inspect and verify work performed by internal teams and external vendors to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

  • Promote and enforce adherence to Singapore\u2019s Code of Practices, WSH Act, and other relevant regulations.

  • Identify and rectify unsafe conditions or practices promptly.

  • Handle any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
