Job summary

A Singapore-based enterprise is looking for a Customer Service Executive responsible for various tasks including vendor list maintenance, order generation, and ISO documentation. The ideal candidate should possess at least a degree or diploma, have strong interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently. Knowledge of SAP is a plus. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:30pm.

Qualifications

• Preferable candidates possess at least Degree/Diploma in any fields.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Knowledge SAP is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Customer service in charge.
• Maintenance of vendor approval list.
• Generate Sales Order, Purchase Order & Purchase Request Form.
• Notification to company insurance agent for coverage of any awarded jobs.
• Update Procurement and Sales Support status report.
• Filing and documentation according to ISO Standards.
• Record Minutes of Meeting.
• Covering duties for Sales Support team.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
