Job description

• Position :Senior Service Engineer/Assistant Manager - MARINE/NAVIGATION/COMMUNICATION
• Location : Bulim Dr- Few bus stops from Boon Lay Interchange
• Working hours : 5 days/ (Monday- Friday, 8:30am-6:00pm)
• Salary(commensurate depending on experience) : Up to $8000 + AWS + Bonus + 14 days Annual Leave + Wellness benefit : Extra 2 days Annual Leave & $200 incentives if eligible.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide remote and onsite technical support for marine navigation and communication systems.
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to product portfolio and 3 rd party OEM equipment
• Assist in installation, configuration, calibration, and software updates related to product portfolio and 3 rd party OEMs
• Communicate with factory system engineers and OEM partners to escape and resolve complex technical problems
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including service requests, fault reports, and repair logs.
• Ability to plan, draft and deliver operator and maintainer training curriculum based on partners’ and customers’ profile
• Knowledge in setting up and maintain readiness of training equipment and simulators to ensure training apparatus and subcomponents are duly updated and operational for delivery of training content

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marine Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• More than 3 years of experience in technical support or field service roles within the maritime industry.
• Senior or Assistant Managerial roles can be considered with experience more than 10 years in technical support, training and team leadership.
• Proven experience working with marine navigation systems from major OEMs or service providers.
