Job summary

A leading semiconductor company in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to lead their Manufacturing Production Control team. In this role, you will oversee the Fab delivery requirements, manage daily operations, and work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and resolve issues. The ideal candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in engineering, a minimum of 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Production Control, particularly in the semiconductor industry, and strong leadership and communication skills. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Manufacturing Production Control in the semiconductor industry.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a managerial role with reporting staff.
• Strong understanding of factory operations and KPIs.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead MPC (Manufacturing Production Control) team to meet Fab delivery requirement
• Present Fab daily performance in Daily Operations meeting, not limiting to line move, customer delivery, tool performance and line dispatch performance.
• Chair daily Manufacturing meeting
• Set Fab performance KPI target on the daily, weekly and monthly timeframe
• Drive Manufacturing to achieve the KPIs such as Move, C/T, Wafer Out and CLIP.
• Drive Operation team to meet the customer delivery with clear directions and instructions
• Co-work with cross functional teams to resolve line issues
• Constantly check and identified gaps/improvements in Fab capability vs planned capacity requirement, Wafer Start management to achieve and maintain Line linearity.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any Engineering discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Manufacturing Production Control (Semiconductor industry - Front End)
• Min 3 years’ experience in managerial role with reporting staff
• Good factory knowledge eg relationship between line move, cycle time and customer delivery
• Proven track record in meeting Fab delivery KPI (output, cycle-time, OTD, CLIP management etc)
• Highly driven, motivated and resourceful
• Strong team player
• Good communication skill and good data analytic skill
• Proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint software
