• Manage the end-to-end testing lifecycle.
• Lead and mentor a multi-location testing team.
• Act as primary contact for testing-related activities.
• Oversee testing tool selection and implementation.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate testing activities during go-live phases.
